SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

7ABCs.com (operated by Lestelle Group LLC) offers an SMS messaging service to provide notifications related to our gift card program, portal keeper commissions, workshop reminders, and important account updates.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from 7ABCs, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Message Types

You may receive the following types of messages:

• Portal Keeper Notifications: Welcome messages, referral link delivery, commission alerts, and payout confirmations
• Gift Card Notifications: Purchase confirmations, balance updates, and redemption alerts
• Workshop Reminders: Upcoming workshop notifications and schedule changes
• Account Updates: Important information about your 7ABCs account
• Promotional Messages: Special offers and community updates (with separate consent)

3. Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number during registration as a Portal Keeper, merchant, or workshop participant, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from 7ABCs.com at the phone number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase gift cards or participate in our programs without opting in to SMS notifications.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your participation level:

• Portal Keepers: Approximately 2-5 messages per week (commission notifications, weekly summaries)
• Merchants: Approximately 1-3 messages per week (redemption alerts, payout notifications)
• Workshop Participants: 1-2 messages per scheduled workshop (reminders)
• General Members: Approximately 1-2 messages per month (account updates only)

5. Costs

7ABCs does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use your phone number solely to deliver the notifications described in this agreement.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major US carriers including but not limited to:

• AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint
• U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro PCS
• Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Google Fi
• And most other domestic carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
